Choosing to eat animal-free is one of the most effective actions you can take to reduce your carbon footprint and help the planet! Join us in our efforts to make a difference and try incorporating more animal-free meals into your diet. You'll notice that most of our recipes are one-dish dinners.  We've found that the simplest way to follow a fully plant-based diet is to focus on great dinner recipes. Cook dinner a few nights per week and double the recipes to have plenty of leftovers for lunches and the rest of the week.
